My Approach

As a proficient Gestalt therapist, I am based in Winchester, Hampshire and am privileged to serve my clients not only in Hampshire but also internationally as well, I currently work supporting my clients in person and online with a variety of nationalities across the world including the UK, Europe and Asia, giving me a wealth of experience and understanding of different cultures.

Whilst I work with a wide range of issues within my private practice, I have particular experience and interest in:

Trauma and abuse, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, rape,

self esteem, anxiety & depression, relationship issues,

grief & loss and LGBTQ+ and also work with neurodivergent clients.

I offer a warm, safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore your experiences and emotions, from online sessions to in person.

I believe that in order to heal, we need a connection and through the use of a strong collaborative relationship with me, a sense of your belonging and purpose will evolve.

On the journey of life, there are many different reasons why the need to seek counselling arises and the first step is to find a professional with whom you feel comfortable working with.

For me, empathy and compassion are at the centre of my practice.

To seek counselling with the want to move forward is such a brave decision and I am passionate in supporting individuals in making positive change for themselves.

My background includes extensive experience as a counsellor working within the charity sector.

As a specialist trauma therapist, I have supported survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence both historic and current.

Through a mixture of my own experiences as well as supporting clients going through bereavement and loss, I have recently been led to being involved within a local bereavement charity.

As a trauma informed therapist I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to provide you with support that is unique and focused for your needs.

Through listening to you, I aim to empower you to deepen your self-awareness and gain strategies to deal with whatever you are facing in life.

I am open to working creatively with you and can provide resources to explore things in a new way to provide fresh insight to how you may be thinking or feeling.

I offer both short-term support to address specific areas or longer-term therapy to deeper explore your experience.

This can be in person, online or via telephone sessions.
