I believe that accessing support should be clear and straightforward. Below is a breakdown of my session fees, all listed in UK pounds (£):

Individual Sessions:

• Face-to-Face Sessions (Portsmouth & Eastleigh): £65.00

• Remote/Online Sessions: £60.00

• Telephone Sessions: £55.00

Home Visits:

• If you prefer the comfort of your own home, I offer Home Visits – price on discussion

 

Free Initial Consultation:

I offer a free initial telephone session to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and explore how we can work together. (15 min telephone session)

Counselling sessions are 50 minutes

​

Weekly or fortnightly sessions are available

​

Payment is required for your first session upon booking within 48 hours, any future sessions are payable 7 days before your appointment

​

72hrs notice is required in order to reschedule a session

​

If sessions are booked in a block of 6 a discount of £5 per session will be given

​

Concessions may be offered on a case by case situation for (Please request information)
